Last night Brian showed me
something that helped save us a lot of time and risk. He found some electric go
carts. I freaked out when he turned the key. I thought it would get attention
of the psychs outside, but when the engine revved up it was completely
silent. We spent a few hours loading our
supplies, and the best part was tricking out the go carts. I found an awesome
compound bow to use. I love bows, I've won two archery competition. We fastened
ice skate blades to broom poles and attached them to various parts of the go
carts. Each go cart carries two people. One person drove and one person
actively fought. It was awesome. Nicky, Zoey, and Raito drove while Brian,
Luna, and I fought. We mowed down dozens of psychs on our way to my house.
As we pulled up to the house we
found it was surrounded psychs and all boarded up. We went around back and
found that the slider door had been rigged to be opened from the inside. I
found a key under a rock, and noticed a small box with a lock. I unlocked the
box and found a lever. When I pulled it the sliding door unlocked. I walked in,
and found an arrow in my face. It was my dad. He had a compound bow point up my
left naval. The moment he realized it was me he dropped his bow, and hugged me.
Suddenly he backed up, and got dead
serious. He told me my mother hadn't made it. I had tried to brace myself for that.
My mom was always very sick. She had a lung transplant a few years ago, and she
took medication that suppressed her immune system. My dad told me she passed
away in her sleep after getting bitten, but the weird thing is she never
turned. Here’s the deal for the next month I’ll be focusing on spending time
with my father, and trying to figure out why my mother didn't change luckily I can
turn my room into a lab. So, I’m going on hiatus. This research is more
important, than my blog I might be able to find a cure. I’ll keep you all in my
prayers.
